Great food, such a cute place.

The decor of the dining area and the gift shop are very lovely! Lots of really nice gifts tho look through. The food was good, service was good as well. Over all, I will definitely visit again.

Extra star for ambiance and decor! Beautiful inside. We went for Sunday brunch, everyone enjoyed their meal. They had creative cocktails on the menu that leaned towards sweet (caramel apple, double chocolate, etc...). The brunch items had a great mix of sweet and savory. Most sandwiches were served on Stella's spicy cheese buns! The banana bread french toast looked great.

Great food and staff.

We made reservations for 12:30p and got in on time when we arrived. I ordered the Walleye Sandwich and my companion ordered the Seafood Cheese Ravioli and Vegetable soup. The food came out in a timely manner and the waitress was friendly.The fish sandwich: There wasn't much fish for the size of bun. Any mayo disappeared in to the bun. So there wasn't much to compliment the fish.The ravioli was tasty. The sauce was balanced and the seafood was a nice mix.

Went for lunch on a Saturday, and it was amazing!! McKenzie was our server and was wonderful! Highly recommend, we had the crab/salmon cakes, salmon Cesear salad, and the chicken burger.

The food came out quick, and was delicious. We shared the grilled cheese and the spinach avocado melt. Both were excellent, the grilled cheese came on a fresh baked in house bacon jalapeno cheddar bread. The spinach avocado melt, was bright and birdsong work freshness. The service was quick and attentive. Coconut cream pie and the turtle cheesecake are spot on dessert choices! Definitely try this place out, you can't go wrong

4.5 starsVisited during lunchtime. Small dining area. Felt as if we were eating with the other clientele. It’s beautiful interior. Candelabras and chandeliers are classy and not overly done. Love that they kept the flooring. Menu selection was right on with just enough to choose from but not overwhelmingly so. Full bar available. The burger was cooked perfectly. Place was clean. Employees well kempt. Our server could have given us the specials of the day before having us sit and peruse the menus for 15 minutes and known the actual name of the cheeses on the board. Great place to experience and ring the bell afterwards :)

My wife absolutely loves this place. I think its pretty good.

Reliably excellent. Service and food. Don't let the bridge construction stop you. There are signs to guide you thru East and West Paoli! 😂

Cute little place with a friendly staff. Entrees were delicious, I had the shrimp Po' Boy sandwich and my gf had the seafood medley with cheese ravioli.Knocked one star off because her lemonade was bad - she said it tasted like it hardly had any sugar at all, and the French Onion soup lacked the layer of melted cheese across the top of the bowl that, in my opinion, is requisite for the dish.

Atmosphere is beautiful. Employees are special. Food is excellent

Every time I'm here, I'm impressed with the service, the food, and the drinks. It's a solid brunch place, and is welcoming to bikers, too... The first time I was here, I smelled of a couple hours of road, and nobody made me feel like a paraiah... Rather, I was a guest who needed pampering.

Gorgeous atmosphere, amazing staff and management, as well as superb cuisine! Overall an amazing place to spend any meal.

For my wife's birthday, I took her to the Paoli Schoolhouse Shop and Cafe for an elegant (yet very casual) dinner. What a wonderful meal!! She had the Chicken Penne with Salad, and I had the Salmon with Rice and Asparagus Spears and side of soup. Fresh and local ingredients from Southern Wisconsin. I could just eat the fresh baked bread. Outstanding!!!We sat in the front dining area, where we enjoyed the music of a guitar playing gentleman. He did an excellent performance that fit perfectly with the elegant dinner. This dining experience is for adults young and old. Little children to adolescent would be bored, plus seating for approx 24 or so in the entire room (a few tables for two and a few tables for 4, and one table for 8). There is a back dining room too, but we didn't see it. Eventhough this is an old schoolhouse, the decor is very elegant. Staff was outstanding. This is fine dining, and as you can see in the menu, higher priced fair. It is worth it!!!We'll be back!

The cutest little place. Food was amazing farm to table style. Waitress was very kind, knowledgeable and all around enjoyable.

Loved it. Such a cute space, dining areas are nicely separated, food is top notch and service was spot on.

Food was boring. Lots of knick knacks for women in the gift shop.

We stopped for brunch after church. Unique menu and well prepared food. Classic decor. Attentive and personable staff. If you like a spot a bit off the beaten path and enjoy a meal that is out of the ordinary, you will enjoy this dining experience.

Wonderful place.

Always a pleasant place with great food and service. Today we sat outside on the deck overlooking the small Sugar River. Highly recommended.

We ate quiche! One vegetarian, one with pork chorizo & vegetables. Delicious! The side salad it is served with has an incredible dressing, served separately. Also enjoyed the Cream of Mushroom and Chicken and Rice soups. Terrific!

Skillet dish was perfect, and the quiche was the best my wife has ever had.

Simply elegant and elegantly simple. Lunch was delightful. Perfect wine selection. Dessert was elegant.

The food was fresh and hearty and the service was excellent. Also, the shop has a candle that perfectly captured the smell of a campfire, which I've been trying to find for years. We'll definitely be coming back.

For a small town this restaurant has an interesting menu. The food was very delicious. And they have some gifts not a lot.

Had a wonderful evening at the Paoli Schoolhouse tonight. Food, atmosphere and service were spot-on. We’ve been looking for a go-to place such as this and will return.

We go here every year as part of the Paoli Holiday celebration in December.

The atmosphere is quaint and the consistency of the food is great! my "go to" place always!

What a charming and beautifully restored old place. The food and drink are superb and it's fun to think of all the people who have entered this building over the decades. While you're dining here, look around and imagine it being filled with little desks filled with small children back in Wisconsin's agrarian days. I went to a schoolhouse like this when i was in 3rd and 4th grade -- the memories came immediately flooding back!
